Most of the window blind fabrics have special coating to give it a strength and stiffness. Favourable side effect of this coating is that it makes the fabric dust repellent and offers it durability and strength to withstand against durt collection. On the other hand, curtain being non-coated fabric, stands more chances of dust collection. Consequently, in most of the cases, blinds are easier to maintain than curtains. 1) Pl. Check with dry cleaner regarding his capabilities for blind dry cleaning
2) Roman blinds and vertilite blinds can be detached from its top channel while cleaning/washing
